The Storefront is designed for Production Specialists to order approved pre-printed and customer ad hoc print samples for imagePRESS and varioPRINT toner based products from a B2B e-commerce storefront.  A few things to keep in mind :

 

  • The storefront is available only to Production Specialists and Directors.  
  • Print Sample quantities are limited (single sets of 5 per order) because this is a Print on Demand model.  If you need larger quantities for events, work with the Marketing Specialists to support events.
  • The SLA for Proof of Concept is 10 Business days from approval of the POC.
    • POC approval is predicated on our ability to actually prove the concept that is in question.
  • The SLA for Static samples is 2 business days.
  • There is no charge for this service.  Excessive orders will be curtailed.

Account approval and authorization may take up to 2 Business days.
